2 oz. Szechuan Infused Beefeater
.5 oz Celery Juice
.5 oz Honey Syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
3 oz CGLT (Carrot Ginger Lime Turmeric Kombucha)
Shake gin, honey, celery and lime over ice briefly. Top with Kombucha and strain into a collins glass with a celery stalk and ice. Garnish with a parsley bunch.
To make the szechuan infused gin, put szechuan peppercorns in your favorite gin for a bit (we recommend infusing for less than an hour.)
To make honey syrup, mix 2 parts honey and 1 part hot water.
