    • There are too many to count, but Paul Bocuse was one of the first chefs to inspire me.

    • Read cookbooks and think about recipes, when I'm not spending time with friends and family.

Meet Alex and Andy

Alex and Andy say Eat Your Dang Vegetables!! And try this Kombucha cocktail:

2 oz. Szechuan Infused Beefeater

.5 oz Celery Juice

.5 oz Honey Syrup

.5 oz Lime Juice

3 oz CGLT (Carrot Ginger Lime Turmeric Kombucha)

Celery stalk

Parsley bunch

Shake gin, honey, celery and lime over ice briefly. Top with Kombucha and strain into a collins glass with a celery stalk and ice. Garnish with a parsley bunch.

To make the szechuan infused gin, put szechuan peppercorns in your favorite gin for a bit (we recommend infusing for less than an hour.) 


To make honey syrup, mix 2 parts honey and 1 part hot water.
